Think back to when you first when to elementary school - do you remember how you felt? Describe your thoughts and emotions about starting - were you excited? were you scared? were you opposed to going to school at all? Now, think back to last week, your first day of high school - describe your thoughts and emotions about starting - were you excited? were you scared? were you opposed to going to school at all? Compare and contrast the two emotions.

Now describe a time that a teacher has made you upset. What did they do? Was there some type of a misunderstanding? How did you react? How did this affect your feelings towards your class and towards school in general
